My Story
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the miracle of birth. Even as a child, I was drawn to stories of pregnancy, the strength of women, and the wonder of new life.
It wasn’t until college, when I came across the word ‘doula’ in a psychology textbook, that everything clicked. I remember researching what a doula was and thinking—this is it. This is what I’m meant to do.
It took me 10 years of learning, growing, and becoming a mother myself to fully step into this role. I’ve experienced a medically necessary induction with my daughter, and a completely spontaneous home birth with my son—giving me a deep, personal understanding of how different every birth can be.
Along the way, I’ve supported a wide range of births—from emergency cesareans to IVF, from epidural-supported labors to spontaneous home births.
I’m a BEST-certified doula, and I also hold certifications in CPR and First Aid for both adults and children, as well as NRP. While these aren’t required for doulas, I bring them to every birth and postpartum visit as an added layer of safety and calm.
As a doula, my focus is you. While so much of the world centers on the baby, I’m here to make sure you feel heard, safe, supported, and empowered—no matter how your birth unfolds. I honor each family’s unique journey and show up with compassion, knowledge, and steady presence.
I would be honored to support you during this transformative time.
